The Stub it! Stop Smoking Service helps smokers aged 16 or over, living in Nottingham City, quit for good.
The service provides 12 weeks of stop smoking support. The initial appointment is with a specially trained pharmacist to develop a plan to suit the individual and their smoking habits, followed by follow up appointments with our Stop Smoking Advisors. The plans include a range of therapies including behavioural support and nicotine replacement therapies.
Consultations are offered both digitally and face-to-face based on each citizens preference.
Citizens can self refer via the referal form, email, telephone or face to face at GP+ reception. If you would like to refer someone under your care you can use the F12 template. If you need any help or support please contact the team at email@example.com
